Shipping Policy — LuxeFinds.ie

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on LuxeFinds.ie (“we”, “us”, “our”). We ship within Ireland and the European Union (EU).

1) Order processing time

· Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

· Processing time may be longer during peak periods or promotions.

· You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a dispatch confirmation when your order ships.

2) Delivery destinations

We deliver to:

· Ireland

· EU member states

If your address is outside the EU, we currently do not ship there.

3) Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch date.

· Ireland: up to 3 working days after dispatch

· EU: 5–10 working days after dispatch

We may use different carriers depending on destination, package size, and value.

4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on:

· Destination country

· Package size/weight

· Order value and insurance requirements

5) Tracking and signature on delivery

· Where available, we provide tracking once your order is dispatched.

· Signature on delivery is required for all orders.

· If delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or provide collection options.

6) Packaging and item protection

We package items carefully to protect them in transit. Pre-loved items may ship with the original brand packaging when available, but this is not guaranteed unless stated on the product listing.

7) Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

· We may charge for re-shipping, or

· We may cancel the order and refund the item price (excluding shipping), where permitted by law.

8) Lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries

Delays

Carrier delays can happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us at info@luxefinds.ie and we’ll help.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the parcel is deemed lost, we will provide a refund (or another appropriate remedy) in line with consumer law.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

· Contact info@luxefinds.ie within 48 hours of delivery.

· Include photos of the packaging and the item.

9) Returns shipping (summary)

For returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy. In general:

· If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you pay return shipping.

· If the item is faulty or not as described, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
