We aim to describe each item accurately, including any visible wear. Because items are pre-loved, minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

5) Authenticity

We take authenticity seriously.

· Where authenticity checks are offered, they are performed using our internal process and/or third-party methods.

· If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us immediately at info@luxefinds.ie and do not use the item.

6) Pricing and payment

· Prices are shown on the website at the time you place your order.

· We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

· Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is confirmed.

7) Order acceptance and cancellation

· Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we dispatch the item.

· We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, stock errors, or issues verifying payment.
